4. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to provide continuous service availability with industry-leading uptime, CRE Network, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

Factors that may affect service availability include:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency maintenance for security or stability
  • Third-party infrastructure dependencies
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance through our status page and customer notifications.

5. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously and implement multiple layers of protection:

6. Payment Terms and Billing

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • CRE Network, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits resulting from service use or interruption.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

  • By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • By Us: We may terminate or suspend services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons.
  • Data Retention: Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery, after which it may be permanently deleted.
  • Refunds: Termination does not automatically entitle you to refunds for prepaid services, except as specified in your service agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices:

  • Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.
  • Minor changes may be effective immediately upon posting.
  • Your continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  • If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.

10. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are important to both parties:

  • Our IP: CRE Network retains all rights to our services, software, trademarks, and proprietary technologies.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of any content, data, or applications you upload to our services.
  • License Grant: You grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services.
